Phaedra Royle’s research interests lie in psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, language disorders (Specific Language Impairment), language acquisition, morphology and morphosyntax. She is presently carrying out research on language acquisition (French DPs) and processing of complex noun phrases in French- and bilingual Spanish-speaking populations, ERP imaging of morphological processing and agreement, as well as eye-tracking experiments on morphological processing in French.
