CRBLM discussion: In-person testing
Not all research can be moved online; some studies can only be done in person. With the easing of COVID-related restrictions, these studies are ramping up again, but with new procedures and protocols. Come and hear from some of the brave few who are inviting participants back to their labs. Learn how they adapted their studies to keep both researchers and participants safe and meet institutional approval processes. There will be a dedicated time for discussion, so bring your questions and share your own experiences or goals around resuming in-person testing.
CRBLM researchers who will speak about their current in-person experiments:
- Claire Honda (ERP study on language processing)
- David Ostry (TMS studies on human motor learning and speech)
- Alexandre Lehmann (studies on language perception and production in cochlear implant users)
