CRBLM discussion: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Equity, diversity, and inclusion—what are they, besides buzzwords? Join the CRBLM as we examine this topic from multiple angles and discuss what it means in practical terms for academics. Current and former members will speak about how they have integrated EDI into their work. Having a multitude of perspectives is essential to innovation in teaching and research, and it is something that needs to be carefully cultivated. So join us and learn what you can do to make the ivory tower a little more colourful, whether through policy or personal interaction.
