Musician and engineer, Caroline Traube’s research and teaching interests are in the fields of musical acoustics, organology, psychoacoustics and music informatics. She is interested in the study of musical practices and in research-creation, both in terms of interpretation and composition, interdisciplinarity in music sciences and technologies, and the transfer of knowledge between scientific and artistic circles . Responsible for minor and major programs in digital music, she works at the Faculty of Music in the development of an interdisciplinary, empirical and systematic musicology.
